Bulk mark work order steps done/not done — works with your SSO login.

1. Save the bookmarklet

Then in Chrome: press Cmd+Shift+O → 3-dot menu → Add new bookmark → paste the URL, name it ⚡ OnPlan Auto

2. Use it
  1. Log into OnPlan at mobile.onplan.app:5001 (SSO as normal)
  2. Click ⚡ OnPlan Auto from your bookmarks bar
  3. Select a work order → select steps → tap Done or Not Done
1. Copy the bookmarklet URL
2. Save it as a bookmark in Chrome
  1. Open Chrome on your Samsung tablet and go to any webpage
  2. Tap the 3-dot menu (⋮) → tap Bookmarks → tap Add bookmark (or tap the star ☆ in the address bar)
  3. Save it with any name for now — e.g. OnPlan Auto
  4. Go back to Bookmarks, find OnPlan Auto, long-press it → tap Edit bookmark
  5. Clear the URL field and paste the URL you copied in step 1 → tap Save
Samsung Internet browser? Same steps — bookmark any page, open Bookmarks, long-press → Edit → replace the URL with the copied bookmarklet URL.

3. Run it on OnPlan
  1. Go to mobile.onplan.app:5001 in Chrome and log in (SSO as normal)
  2. Tap the address bar and start typing OnPlan Auto
  3. When it appears in the dropdown suggestions, tap it — the panel will open
  4. Select your work order, pick steps, and tap Done or Not Done
Tip: On Android, bookmarklets run by selecting them from the address bar suggestions — not by tapping in the bookmarks list.

2. Add as a Safari bookmark
  1. In Safari, go to any webpage and tap the Share button (box with arrow)
  2. Tap Add Bookmark → name it OnPlan Auto → tap Save
  3. Tap the Bookmarks icon (open book) → find OnPlan Auto → tap Edit
  4. Clear the URL field and paste the URL you copied in step 1 → tap Done
Important: Safari on iOS will not let you type javascript: in the address bar — you must save via the Bookmarks editor as shown above.

3. Use it
  1. Open Safari and go to mobile.onplan.app:5001
  2. Log in as normal (SSO + MFA)
  3. Tap the Bookmarks icon → tap OnPlan Auto
  4. The automation panel slides in — select a work order, pick steps, mark done
